Abstract

Aus einer institutionenethischen Perspektive entwickelt der vorliegende Beitrag in sieben Thesen, wie der gesellschaftliche Umgang mit Skandalen so kultiviert werden kann, dass sie sich in einer (Re-)Formierung institutioneller Anreize niederschlagen und so gesellschaftliche Lernprozesse nicht nur fordern, sondern auch tatsächlich fördern.
