Eigentumsrechte und dynamische Wertschöpfung in der Marktwirtschaft: Ist der "Kapitalismus" ein System zur "Ausbeutung" der Unternehmen?

Abstract

In diesem Artikel wird erläutert, warum Karl Marx und Friedrich Engels den Kapitalismus fälschlicherweise für ein System zur Ausbeutung der Arbeiter hielten. Hielte man an ihrem Ausbeutungsbegriff fest, müsste man den Kapitalismus als ein System zur Ausbeutung der Unternehmen kennzeichnen: Unternehmen sind Wertschöpfungsagenten im gesellschaftlichen Auftrag, die durch Wettbewerb gezwungen werden, ihre Wertschöpfungsbeiträge an ihre Arbeitnehmer und Kunden weiterzugeben. Hierbei spielen Eigentumsrechte eine zentral wichtige Rolle. Von ihnen hängt es ab, wie gut die Unternehmen ihr gesellschaftliches Mandat erfüllen können, im Interesse der Bürger immer neue Win-Win-Aktivitäten zu entfalten.
