Der Wettbewerb um attraktive Arbeitsplätze: Ergebnisse einer Online-Befragung

Abstract

Der vorliegende Beitrag ist ein kurz gefasster Ergebnisbericht über eine Umfrage unter hochqualifizierten Arbeitnehmern über ihre Wettbewerbssituation auf dem Arbeitsmarkt und im Unternehmen. Der Bericht geht auf die Stellensituation sowie auf den empfundenen Wettbewerbsdruck ein. Ein weiterer Fragenkomplex befasst sich mit der Frage, ob die Beschäftigung als adäquat empfunden wird. Behandelt werden außerdem verschiedene Verhaltensreaktionen der Arbeitnehmer. Herausgestellt wird schließlich, dass es ganz maßgeblich auf die Qualität der Arbeitsbeziehung ankommt, wie sich die Arbeitnehmer gegenüber ihrem Arbeitgeber verhalten. Die empirischen Befunde zeichnen in mancher Hinsicht kein sonderlich positives Bild über die Wettbewerbs- und Arbeitssituation der Arbeitnehmer ...
