Abstract

Das vorliegende Heft berichtet über die Ergebnisse mehrerer empirischer Erhebungen, die sich mit dem Urteil von Arbeitnehmern über ihr Arbeitsverhältnis befassen. Befragt wurden Arbeitnehmer in sehr unterschiedlichen Beschäftigungsverhältnissen. Die Studie befasst sich mit der folgenden Frage: Verändert sich der Charakter der sozialen Beziehung zwischen Arbeitgebern und Arbeitnehmern innerhalb alternativer Beschäftigungsverhältnisse? Außerdem wird untersucht, wie sich diese Unterschiede in den Arbeitgeber-Arbeitnehmer-Beziehungen auf die Arbeitszufriedenheit, genauer: auf die Bewertung der Arbeit durch die Arbeitnehmer, auswirken. In den ersten Abschnitten werden die theoretischen Grundlagen der Studie erläutert. Anschließend werden die wichtigsten Ergebnisse der Studie präsentiert, und es werden theoretische Schlussfolgerungen gezogen.
