Auswirkungen der Europäischen Holzhandelsverordnung auf Importeure von Holzerzeugnissen in Deutschland: Design und Ergebnisse einer Befragung

Abstract

Seit 2013 ist die Europäische Holzhandelsverordnung (EUTR) in Kraft und verbietet das Inverkehrbringen von Holz und Holzerzeugnissen aus illegalen Quellen auf den europäischen Binnenmarkt. Unternehmen, die Holz oder Holzerzeugnisse aus Drittstaaten in die EU importieren, sind dadurch mit einer Reihe von Auflagen konfrontiert. Am Thünen-Institut wurde im Jahr 2018 eine ausführliche Befragung deutscher Marktteilnehmer durchgeführt. Dieser Arbeitsbericht beschreibt neben der Fragebogengestaltung und dem Stichprobendesign den kompletten Fragebogen und die Antwortverteilung zu jeder Frage. Die Antworten aller Fragen des Fragebogens wurden deskriptiv ausgewertet und sind tabellarisch dargestellt. Ziel ist es, die Umfrageergebnisse für externe Wissenschaftler offen zu legen und nutzbar zu machen.
