Abstract

Der demografische Wandel verändert die Personalplanung in kleinen und mittleren Unternehmen (KMU). Die KOFA-Studie "Wertvolle Erfahrung sichern: Ältere Beschäftigte im Unternehmen halten" zeigt, in welchen Berufen besonders viele Beschäftigte vor dem Renteneintritt stehen. Für KMU geht es dabei nicht nur um Nachbesetzung, sondern auch um Wissen, Erfahrung und betriebliche Kontinuität. Die Studienergebnisse helfen, Risiken frühzeitig zu erkennen und Personalmaßnahmen gezielter auszurichten.
