Berufswechsel für den Ausbau erneuerbarer Energien: Eine exemplarische Untersuchung für 31 ausgewählte Engpassberufe

Abstract

Die Nachfrage nach Fachkräften für den Ausbau erneuerbarer Energien aus Wind, Sonne oder grünem Wasserstoff ist seit 2014 deutlich gestiegen. In den 31 für diese Studie ausgewählten Engpassberufen stieg die Zahl der offenen Stellen von 115.345 im Jahr 2014 auf 184.548 im Jahr 2024. Knapp 120.000 dieser offenen Stellen konnten im Jahr 2024 rechnerisch nicht besetzt werden, da es bundesweit keine Arbeitslosen gab, die eine entsprechende Stelle suchten.
