Ökologische Nachhaltigkeit: Mit welchen Kompetenzbedarfen rechnen die Unternehmen?

Abstract

In seiner aktuellen Studie hat das KOFA den Zusammenhang zwischen ökologischer Nachhaltigkeit und personalpolitischen Maßnahmen analysiert. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass viele Unternehmen ihre Produkte, Dienstleistungen und Arbeitsprozesse bereits an ökologischer Nachhaltigkeit ausrichten. Es steht allerdings zu befürchten, dass der Fachkräftemangel den ökologischen Wandel hemmt: Sechs von zehn Unternehmen sehen im allgemeinen Personalmangel, fehlenden Fachkräften und fehlendem Wissen eine Herausforderung für mehr ökologische Nachhaltigkeit.
