DiversitätsBILDUNG: Erziehungswissenschaftliche Perspektiven auf unternehmerisches Diversity Management

Abstract

Der Beitrag untersucht das Diversity Management in gewinnorientierten Unternehmen unter Einbeziehung erziehungswissenschaftlicher Perspektiven. Ausgangspunkt ist die Fragilität unternehmensgesteuerter Diversitätspraktiken angesichts aktueller politischer Diskurse und Entwicklungen. Anhand einer Fallstudie wurde das Diversitätsverständnis zentraler Führungskräfte an einem Standort der Robert Bosch GmbH rekonstruiert. Während Diversität als notwendig und positiv bewertet wird, fehlen verbindliche Arbeitsbegriffe, strategische Umsetzung und bildungsorientierte Perspektiven. Vor diesem Hintergrund plädiert der Beitrag für einen transdisziplinären Ansatz von Diversity Management, der erziehungswissenschaftliche Konzepte integriert, statt bei betriebswirtschaftlichen Fokussierungen zu verbleiben. Die Ergebnisse der Fallstudie unterstreichen die Bedeutung von unternehmerischen Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen für eine nachhaltige und chancengerechte Organisationsentwicklung.
