Evaluation des Projektes "Stadtteilmütter in Köln-Mülheim"

Abstract

Dieser Bericht stellt die Evaluationsergebnisse des sozialräumlich orientierten Projekts "Stadtteilmütter" vor. Die Evaluation wurde im Jahr 2024 durchgeführt und die Ergebnisse basieren auf 11 Einzelinterviews mit Klienten und einer Gruppendiskussion mit den Stadtteilmüttern. Es werden Perspektiven zur Förderung der gleichberechtigten Teilhabe von Familien mit Migrationsgeschichte aufgezeigt. Durch den Migrationshintergrund der Stadtteilmütter haben diese eine Vorbildfunktion für die Familien, die erleben, dass durch den Erwerb deutscher Sprachkenntnisse und die Entwicklung von Eigeninitiative ein selbstbestimmtes Leben möglich ist. "Stadtteilmütter" schließen eine relevante Lücke im Regelsystem der Sozialpolitik. In Stadtteilen mit erhöhten Problem- und Bedarfslagen sind sie eine wichtige Ergänzung, um strukturelle Defizite wie Zugangsbarrieren, Personalmangel und fehlende Zielgruppenorientierung zu kompensieren. This article presents the evaluation results of the socio-spatially oriented project "Stadtteilmütter".
