Evaluation dualer Masterstudiengänge in Sozialer Arbeit: Empirische Befunde zu Motivation, Lernverhalten und Studienerfolg

Abstract

Die Studie "Erfolgreich MAPS studieren" (eMAPSs) wurde zwischen 2020 und 2023 an fünf Hochschulstandorten mit berufsbegleitenden Masterstudiengängen in Sozialer Arbeit durchgeführt. Ziel war die theoretisch fundierte Evaluation der Rahmenbedingungen an der Hochschule, die Beschreibung von Motivation und Lernverhalten im Studienverlauf sowie die Vorhersage wissenschafts- und berufsbezogenen Studienerfolgs. Aufgrund der pandemiebedingten Hochschulschließungen 2020 und 2021 konnten nicht alle Vorhaben umgesetzt werden. Im vorliegenden Bericht werden die wichtigsten deskriptiven Befunde aus drei Querschnittserhebungen und die Signifikanztests der Veränderungen bei pandemiebedingtem Distanzlernen zusammengefasst. Die Diskussion der Ergebnisse erfolgt vor dem Hintergrund der theoriebasierten Erwartungen, des Studienformats und eines Masterniveaus in Sozialer Arbeit.
