Agrarstrukturwandel in Österreich: Analyse ausgewählter Daten aus den Strukturerhebungen

Abstract

In diesem Beitrag werden nach einer Auflistung der Strukturmerkmale eines Landes bzw. einer Region ausgewählte Daten der land- und forstwirtschaftlichen Betriebszählungen bzw. der Agrarstrukturerhebungen analysiert. Die Anzahl der Betriebe mit Kulturfläche wird von 1951 bis 2020 gemäß den Erhebungen unter Beachtung der Brüche in der Zeitreihe als Folge der Änderung der Erhebungskriterien dargestellt. Die Entwicklung der erhobenen Flächen von 1960 bis 2020 wird insgesamt und im Durchschnitt der Betriebe abgebildet. Zur Verdeutlichung der unterschiedlichen natürlichen Produktionsbedingungen werden Gebietsabgrenzungen erörtert. Die strukturellen Veränderungen in der Rinder-, Schafe-, Ziegen- und Schweinehaltung werden in einer Tabelle gezeigt, am Beispiel der Milchwirtschaft wird die Konzentration in 60 Jahren illustriert. Abschließend werden die präsentierten Daten kurz diskutiert und Schlüsse gezogen.
