Beschäftigungssicherung durch strategische Qualifizierung: Eine explorative Untersuchung mit Empfehlungen für die betriebliche Praxis

Abstract

Die gegenwärtige Transformation der Wirtschaft birgt einerseits hohe Risiken für Unternehmen und Arbeitsplätze, andererseits ist sie durch einen massiven Bedarf an Fachkräften gekennzeichnet. Gerade für große Unternehmen stellt sich die Frage, inwiefern die Transformation durch ein strategisches Qualifizierungsprogramm bewältigt werden kann, um Beschäftigte, die von Stellenverlust bedroht sind, zu den dringend benötigten Fachkräften zu entwickeln. Die vorliegende Untersuchung geht dieser Aufgabe nach. Sie betrachtet die Entwicklungsgeschichte von Qualifizierung und Beschäftigungssicherung, untersucht Fälle aus der aktuellen betrieblichen Praxis und entwickelt daraus Bausteine für eine innerbetriebliche Agentur für Qualifizierung und Fachkräftesicherung.
