Betriebsratsarbeit im Krisenmodus: Beispiele guter Praxis - Projekte zum Deutschen Betriebsrätepreis des Jahres 2020

Abstract

Die diesjährige Publikation zum Deutschen Betriebsräte-Preis erscheint zum Thema Betriebsratsarbeit im Krisenmodus. Das Ziel dieser Publikation ist es, Handlungs- und Orientierungswissen für die Betriebsrats-arbeit zu vermitteln. Es werden acht Beispiele Guter Praxis gezeigt, die im letzten Jahr beim Betriebsräte-Preis zur veränderten Betriebsratsarbeit und zum Krisenmanagement von Betriebsräten eingereicht wurden. Die Projekte geben Einblicke darin, welche Lösungen Betriebsräte erarbeitet haben, um sicherzustellen, dass die Mitbestimmung präsent ist und nicht an Qualität verliert. Sie zeigen aber auch, welche Maßnahmen zum Gesundheitsschutz auf den Weg gebracht wurden und wie sich die Kommunikation mit den Beschäftigten in dieser Zeit gestaltete. In Interviews mit Vertreterinnen und Vertretern der Betriebsratsgremien wurden die Ausgangslage und die Projekte ausführlich erläutert.
