Diversity-Politik (DEI) der US-Regierung und Aufsichtsratspflichten: Arbeitshilfen für Aufsichtsräte

Abstract

Seit dem Amtsantritt von Präsident Donald Trump sind auch deutsche Unternehmen mit geschäftlichen Aktivitäten in den USA von zahlreichen Maßnahmen seiner Regierung betroffen. Auch der Politikwechsel in Bezug auf die Förderung von Diversität (Diversity), Gleichberechtigung (Equity) und Inklusion (Inclusion) (DEI) wirkt sich auf die Personalpolitik und Risikolage deutscher Unternehmen aus. Die vorliegende Arbeitshilfe für Aufsichtsräte soll Arbeitnehmervertreter*innen dabei unterstützen, sich der wesentlichen Änderungen und Risiken bewusst zu sein. Anhand von Beispielen und Fallkonstellationen werden Leitlinien für die notwendige Beschäftigung mit dem Thema im Aufsichtsrat aufgezeigt.
