Steuerleitfaden für Arbeitnehmervertreter*innen im Aufsichtsrat: Arbeitshilfen für Aufsichtsräte

Abstract

Mit dem Steuerleitfaden stellt die Hans-Böckler-Stiftung Arbeitnehmervertreter*innen in Aufsichtsräten eine Handlungshilfe zur steuerlichen Behandlung ihrer Aufsichtsratsvergütung gemäß dem Einkommens- und Umsatzsteuerrecht zur Verfügung. Die Arbeitshilfe thematisiert neben allen wesentlichen Fragen zur Behandlung von Einnahmen und Ausgaben der Aufsichtsratstätigkeit auch praxisnahe Beispiele zur korrekten Aufstellung der jährlichen Steuererklärung. Zudem werden aktuelle gesetzliche Neuerungen wie die Grundsätze zur Feststellung einer umsatzsteuerlichen Unternehmerschaft und die Pflicht zum Empfang und zur Archivierung von E-Rechnungen behandelt.
