Managementlehre für Familienunternehmen: Bestandsaufnahme der Forschungs- und Lehraktivitäten im deutschsprachigen Raum

Abstract

In Veröffentlichungen werden Familienunternehmen zunehmend als eigenes wichtiges Thema erkannt. In Forschung und Lehre wird dieses Thema allerdings noch nicht ausreichend differenziert betrachtet, obwohl mittelständische Familienunternehmen die zahlenmäßig weitaus bedeutendste Form aller Unternehmen in Deutschland darstellen. Ein Forschungsprojekt an der Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Recht Berlin untersucht die Fragen, inwieweit die Themen Familienunternehmen und Mittelstand als Lehr- und Forschungsthema im deutschsprachigen Raum präsent sind und wie diese ggf. in bestehenden Strukturen abgebildet werden. Die Ergebnisse der Untersuchung sind in einer öffentlich zugänglichen Datenbank recherchierbar aufbereitet, die als zentraler Einstieg für Forschende und Lehrende den Themen Familienunternehmen und Mittelstand auch zu einem höheren Stellenwert in der Betriebswirtschaftslehre verhelfen soll.
