Abstract

Im folgenden geht es um den gesamtwirtschaftlichen Strukturwandel der fünf arabischen OPEC-Länder. Er ist an den tatsächlich erzielten Produktionsergebnissen zu messen und nicht an der Entwicklung eines Produktionspotentials, von dem unklar ist, ob es jemals wirtschaftlich rentabel genutzt werden kann
