Abstract

Vor dem Hintergrund der stark gestiegenen Inflation verabschiedete die Bundesregierung im Jahr 2022 mehrere Maßnahmenpakete zur Entlastung der privaten Haushalte und Unternehmen. Eine dieser Maßnahmen bestand in der Befreiung von zusätzlichen Zahlungen der Unternehmen an ihre Beschäftigten bis zu einer Höhe von 3 000 Euro von Steuern und Sozialversicherungsbeiträgen im Zeitraum vom 26. Oktober 2022 bis 31. Dezember 2024 ("Inflationsausgleichsprämie").
