Kreditexpansion in China: Ein Überblick

Abstract

Seit dem Jahr 2002 weist die chinesische Zentralbank neben den monatlich neu vergebenen Bankkrediten auch eine alternative Reihe aus, das sogenannte "total social financing" (TSF). Zusätzlich zu den normalen Bankkrediten umfasst TSF auch "offbalance-sheet" Finanzierungsformen, wie beispielsweise mittels Treuhandfonds oder Vermögensverwaltungen. Diese zusätzlichen - und wenig regulierten - Finanzierungsformen haben in China insbesondere in den letzten Jahren merklich an Bedeutung gewonnen. So stiegen die Bankkredite im vergangenen Jahr um rund 9 Bill. Yuan, TSF insgesamt jedoch um 17 Bill. Yuan; d.h. Bankkredite machten nur noch etwas mehr als die Hälfte der gesamten Neukreditvergabe aus.
