Nutzung der zusätzlichen Spielräume durch das Finanzpaket der Bundesregierung sinnvoll

Abstract

Zusätzlich zu der seit dem Nachtragshaushalt 2024 genutzten Konjunkturkomponente (Truger 2024a und 2024b) ist im Entwurf für den NRW-Landeshaushalt 2026 auch die teilweise Nutzung der den Ländern im Finanzpaket durch die Reform der Schuldenbremse auf Bundesebene eingeräumten strukturellen Verschuldungskomponente von 0,35 % des BIP vorgesehen. Die vorliegende Stellungnahme kommentiert dies vor dem Hintergrund der aktuellen gesamtwirtschaftlichen Entwicklung und der mittelfristigen Haushaltslage.
