Zutreffendere Diagnosen und zielgerichtetere Maßnahmen erforderlich

Abstract

Der Antrag der CDU/CSU-Fraktion ist aktuell über vier Monate alt und daher an einigen Stellen durch die faktische Entwicklung bereits überholt. Dennoch wird im Folgenden auf einige ausgewählte Punkte eingegangen. Diese betreffen einige grundsätzliche Fehldiagnosen des Antrags bezüglich der geforderten Feststellungen (Abschnitt 2) sowie einige ausgewählte geforderte Maßnahmen (Abbau der kalten Progression (1), Senkungen von energiebezogenen Steuern bzw. der darauf erhobenen Umsatzsteuer (2), Wiedereinhaltung der Regelobergrenze der Schuldenbremse 2023 (7)) in den Abschnitten 3 bis 5. Angesichts der äußerst knappen Vorbereitungszeit musste leider auf Literaturhinweise verzichtet werden.
