Situation von frauengeführten Betrieben in der Corona-Krise

Abstract

Die Corona-Krise traf die Handwerksunternehmen im Frühjahr 2020 völlig unerwartet und konfrontierte Unternehmerinnen und Unternehmer mit plötzlichen Auftrags- und Umsatzrückgängen und nachhaltiger Verunsicherung. Diese Studie untersucht die Situation von frauengeführten Betrieben im Berliner Handwerk vor dem zweiten Lockdown im Winter 2020/21. Auf Basis einer Interviewserie wird die Situation der Betriebe erfasst sowie individuelle und betrieblichen Bewältigungsstrategien, das Informationsverhalten in der Krise und die Rolle von Hilfs- und Unterstützungsmaßnahmen analysiert.
