"Fertig wird man eigentlich nie" - Zeitpraktiken und -wünsche von Pflegekräften zur Interaktionsarbeit: Überarbeitete und erweiterte Version des iaw-Projektabschlussberichts zur Personalbemessungsstudie

Abstract

In Deutschland ist die Personalausstattung in stationären Langzeitpflegeeinrichtungen (beispielsweise Altenpflege) bundesweit sehr unterschiedlich. Häufig wird über zu wenig Zeit in der Pflege berichtet. Im Pflegestärkungsgesetz II wurde nun festgelegt, dass ein wissenschaftlich fundiertes Verfahren zu einer einheitlicheren Bemessung Grundlage geben soll. Dieser Auftrag einer Studie zur "Entwicklung eines wissenschaftlich fundierten Verfahrens zur einheitlichen Bemessung des Personalbedarfs in Pflegeeinrichtungen nach qualitativen und quantitativen Maßstäben gemäß § 113c SGB XI" ist nach europaweiter Ausschreibung an Prof. Dr. Heinz Rothgang und Projektteam gegangen. Ziel des Gesamtprojektes war es, einen Algorithmus zu entwickeln, der eine einheitliche bedarfsgerechte Personalbemessung anhand der Anzahl der zu versorgenden Pflegebedürftigen und ihrer Zuordnung nach dem Neuen Begutachtungsassessments (NBA) sowie der notwendigen Qualifikation der Pflegekräfte ermöglichen soll. Pflegearbeit besteht zu großen Teilen aus Arbeit mit und am Menschen - auch Interaktionsarbeit genannt. Diese wurde im iaw-Teilprojekt hinsichtlich zeitlicher Implikationen untersucht.
