Das letzte Mittel? Leiharbeit in der Pflege

Abstract

Die quantitative Bedeutung von Leiharbeit in der Gesundheitsbranche ist derzeit mit rund 19.250 Personen noch relativ gering. Jedoch lässt sich seit 2004 ein überproportionaler Anstieg feststellen. Leiharbeit in der Pflege ist vor allem durch die Suche nach geeignetem Fachpersonal gekennzeichnet. Hilfstätigkeiten werden durch Leiharbeit relativ selten besetzt. Leiharbeit wird in der Pflege weitgehend nicht zur Kompensation von Auftragsspitzen eingesetzt, sondern eher als letztes Mittel zur Aufrechterhaltung der Versorgung. Zudem stellt sich die Nutzung in den Einrichtungsformen des Pflegebereichs unterschiedlich dar. Leiharbeit kann eine Brückenfunktion zurück in das Berufsleben übernehmen. Die Qualität und Passgenauigkeit der Leiharbeit steht in engem Zusammenhang mit der Branchenkenntnis der Personaldienstleister sowie der Kenntnis der Entleihbetriebe über die eigenen Prozesse und Bedarfe. Das grundlegende Problem des Fachkräftemangels in der Pflege kann durch das Instrument der Leiharbeit keinesfalls gelöst werden.
