Abstract

* Die Zukunft der Altenpflege steht auf der politischen Agenda. Mehr Ressourcen bringen Entlastung, aber noch keine Garantie fur die .innere Aufwertung. der Arbeit. * Vereinbarungen zu betrieblichen Verfahren und Standards zu verlasslichen Arbeitszeiten, zur Kompetenzentwicklung im digitalen Wandel sowie zu attraktiven Arbeitsund Laufbahnkonzepten gewinnen an Bedeutung. * Hierfur mussen die Gestaltungs- und Innovationskapazitaten der Betriebsund Sozialpartner gestarkt werden. Denn auf betrieblicher Ebene mussen die Anspruche der Beschaftigten mit qualitativen Produktivitatsstrategien zusammengebracht werden. * Im Projekt DIALOGS wurden Instrumente fur betriebs- und sozialpartnerschaftlich organisierte Veranderungsprozesse entwickelt und erprobt.
