Diversität und Mentoring als Instrumente der Personalentwicklung

    Diversity Coaching und Mentoring rücken die Menschen hinter den Human-Ressourcen in den Vordergrund. Diversity Coaching und Mentoring können als Instrumente genutzt werden, um die Integration von Personen im Rahmen von Active Ageing, Menschen mit Behinderungen und Fachkräftemangel zu unterstützen. Der Einsatz von Informations- und Kommunikationstechnik (IKT) im Trainingsprozess ermöglicht uneingeschränkten Zugriff auf Lernmaterialien und Fortschrittskontrolle. Projekterfahrungen aus ReadiSME und IBB zeigen positive Auswirkungen der Instrumente bei Unternehmen, Mentoren und Mentees. Die IAT-Studiengruppe Lifelong Learning sieht Potenzial zur Weiterentwicklung der Instrumente.
