Vom Maßnahme-Dschungel zu mehr Transparenz: Systematisierung der Initiativen, Programme und Bildungsgänge im Übergang von der Schule in den Beruf in NRW

Abstract

Insgesamt 126 Initiativen, Programme und Bildungsgänge konnten in NRW identifiziert werden. Die vom Bund initiierten Programme in NRW legen den Schwerpunkt auf die strukturelle Ebene mit dem Ziel, das Übergangssystem zu verbessern und effizienter zu gestalten. In den NRW-spezifischen Programmen liegt der Schwerpunkt auf der Einzelfallebene. Hier stehen Schulen, Schülerinnen und Schüler und Berufsorientierung und -vorbereitung im Vordergrund - insbesondere für benachteiligte Jugendliche. Die Bundesagentur für Arbeit bzw. die BA Re-gionaldirektion NRW nimmt als fördernde und initiierende Institution eine besondere Stellung im Übergangsgeschehen in NRW ein. Von besonderer Bedeutung sind zudem die Landesministerien.
