Schulträger im Wandel: Digitalisierungsprozesse mit berufsbildenden Schulen gestalten

Abstract

Schulträger nehmen eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Gestaltung von Digitalisierungsprozessen an berufsbildenden Schulen ein. Diese auszufüllen unterliegt allerdings diversen strukturellen Restriktionen. Hierzu zählen u.a. institutionelle Hürden und unklare Zuständigkeiten zwischen Bund, Ländern, Kommunen und berufsbildenden Schulen, die eine nachhaltige Strategieentwicklung erschweren. Hinzu kommen bildungspolitische Vorgaben, knappe finanzielle Mittel sowie divergierende Strukturen und fachliche Ausrichtungen berufsbildender Schulen. Einheitliche Empfehlungen für Strategien und Konzepte, Standards für die IT-Infrastruktur und digitale Ausstattung sowie Unterstützungsangebote für ein gelingendes Digitalisierungsmanagement für berufsbildende Schulen fehlen aus Sicht der Schulträger. All dies erfordert transparente Aufgaben-, Funktions- und Zuständigkeitsbereiche sowie eine übergreifende Koordination der Beteiligten im Rahmen multiprofessioneller Zusammenarbeit.
