Gesundheitsförderung als Brücke in die Erwerbstätigkeit für Langzeitarbeitslose: Erkenntnisse aus dem rehapro-Modellprojekt PRO AKTIV

Abstract

Wissenschaftliche Studien belegen, dass gesundheitliche Einschränkungen mit (langer) Arbeitslosigkeit in einem Zusammenhang stehen. Das Modellprojekt PRO AKTIV setzte an dieser Problematik an. Ziel war es, die gesundheitliche Entwicklung von erwerbsfähigen Leistungsberechtigen im SGB II zu unterstützen: als Brücke zur (Wieder-)Aufnahme von Erwerbsarbeit. Die Projektergebnisse zeigen, dass Verbesserungen der psychischen Gesundheit die Chancen für gelingende Erwerbsperspektiven erhöhen. Freiräume in der Beratung durch einen reduzierten Betreuungsschlüssel und ein sanktionsfreier Umgang mit Teilnehmer*innen waren Rahmenbedingungen für diese positive Entwicklung. Die enge Kooperation der Jobcenter mit der Rentenversicherung ermöglichte eine frühzeitige Abstimmung zu Reha relevanten Themen. Der Kontakt zu betrieblichen Akteuren wiederum verbesserte den Zugang zu passenden Arbeitsplätzen.
