Abstract

Das Modellprojekt PRO AKTIV startete am 1. Januar 2020 und lief bis zum 31. Dezember 2024. Mit dem Vorhaben wurde das Ziel verfolgt, die Teilhabe von erwerbsfähigen Leistungsberechtigten im SGB II-Leistungsbezug zu steigern, deren Erwerbsintegration aufgrund ihrer gesundheitlichen Lage erheblich gehemmt wird. Vor diesem Hintergrund bestand ein wesentliches Anliegen darin, die gesundheitliche Situation der Menschen zu verbessern sowie deren Selbstständigkeit und soziale Teilhabe zu fördern, um dadurch ihre Arbeitsfähigkeit wiederherzustellen bzw. zu stabilisieren.
