Diversität und die Wirtschaft: Erfahrungen und Perspektiven von Migrantinnen und Migranten in Deutschland

Auf der Basis von qualitativen Interviews mit Migrantinnen und Migranten konnte in der vorliegenden Studie untersucht werden, welche Diversitätseffekte in Wirtschafts- und Arbeitskontexten von Zuwanderern in Deutschland beobachtet werden und welche konkreten Dimensionen von Diversität dabei eine Rolle spielen. Offene Fragen ohne vorgegebene Antwortalternativen stellten sicher, dass nicht theoretische Vorannahmen, sondern Erlebnisse und Deutungsmuster der Migranten die Ergebnisse bestimmten.
