Logistik - ein wichtiger Wirtschaftsbereich in Deutschland

Abstract

Für eine weltwirtschaftlich so stark verflochtene Wirtschaft wie die deutsche spielt die Logistik eine wichtige Rolle; rund ein Viertel des in Europa erzielten Umsatzes entfiel 2013 auf deutsche Unternehmen. Die Zahl der Beschäftigten in der Logistik lag bei gut 2 Millionen. Gemessen daran ist die Bedeutung der Logistikwirtschaft für die deutsche Volkswirtschaft erheblich.
