Die Lage der Weltwirtschaft und der deutschen Wirtschaft im Herbst 2002

Abstract

In dem Bericht wird das Herbstgutachten der sechs Wirtschaftsforschungsinstitute über die Lage der Weltwirtschaft und der deutschen Wirtschaft im Herbst 2002 dargestellt. Die Unsicherheit über den Fortgang der Weltkonjunktur hat sich unter dem Eindruck des Irak-Konfliktes, des damit verbundenen Anstiegs der Ölpreise und des Kurssturzes an den Aktienmärkten deutlich erhöht. In den USA flachte die Expansion seit dem Frühjahr 2002 wieder ab, und auch in den ostasiatischen Schwellenländern hat sich der zuvor kräftige Produktionsanstieg zuletzt verringert. Im Euroraum hat sich die Konjunktur zwar erholt, jedoch bleibt die Dynamik gering. In Japan schließlich nahm das reale Bruttoinlandsprodukt nur verhalten zu. Für Deutschland wird für das Jahr 2003 mit einer allmählichen Erholung der Konjunktur gerechnet. Die sich belebende Weltwirtschaft regt den Export an.
