Gewinnen in der VUKA-Welt: Wie ein integriertes Risiko- und Chancenmanagement aufgebaut wird (Teil 1)

Abstract

Wer sich antifragil ausrichten und von der Dynamik der VUKA-Welt profitieren will, muss sich mehr um seine Chancen kümmern. Nur ein Integriertes Risiko- und Chancenmanagement (IRCM) sichert die Zukunftsfähigkeit einer Organisation und unterstützt fundierte Managemententscheidungen. Leider ist ein solches in kaum einer Organisation vorhanden. Ein von der DQS gefördertes Forschungsprojekt gibt hier Hilfestellung: 8 Erfolgsfaktoren, die "8K", helfen bei der Gestaltung eines IRCM. In diesem Artikel geht es zunächst darum, wie die Definition, Steuerung und Integration der Risiko- und Chancenmanagementprozesse gelingt. In Teil 2 wird dann die Gestaltung des Rahmens und der Umgang mit typischen Herausforderungen thematisiert.
