Manager to Worker Pay Ratio

Abstract

Die Manager der DAX-30-Unternehmen verdienen durchschnittlich das 57fache ihrer Beschäftigten. Die Studie zeigt eine große Spannbreite der Manager to Worker Pay Ratio im DAX 30 auf. Der Durchschnitt liegt beim 57fachen, der Median beim 48fachem. In den USA wird es ab dem Jahr 2017 eine Ausweispflicht für die Einkommensdifferenz geben. Auch der Deutsche Corporate Governance Kodex könnte den Ausweis im Vorstandsvergütungsbericht innerhalb der Gewährungstabelle mit aufnehmen und vom Aufsichtsrat eine Begründung für die unternehmensindividuelle Ratio einfordern. Das würde garantieren, dass sich zukünftig Aufsichtsräte mit der Thematik beschäftigen und eine Bewertung vornehmen müssten.
