Abstract

- In 80 % der insgesamt vom Gesetz erfassten 106 Unternehmen besteht Nachholbedarf. - Nur 22 Unternehmen erfüllen heute bereits die zukunftig vom Gesetz vorgeschriebene Mindestquote. - Werden die Kontrollgremien gesamt betrachtet, mussen 174 Mandate weiblich besetzt werden. Bei getrennter Betrachtung fehlen 206 weibliche Kontrolleure. - Die Geschlechterzusammensetzung der Arbeitnehmervertreterbänke im Aufsichtsrat macht 39 bereits heute gesetzeskonform. - Dass sowohl die Anteilseignerseite als auch die Arbeitnehmerseite beide parallel die Mindestquote erfüllen, trifft auf neun Unternehmen zu. - Eine geschlechtergleiche Besetzung gibt es in 14 Arbeitnehmervertreterbanken. Die Kapitalvertreterseite ist in zwei Unternehmen gleich stark mit Frauen und Mannern besetzt.
