Abstract

- 80 % der Unternehmen hat Ende 2014 immer noch keine Frau im Vorstand - 95 % aller Vorstandsposten sind weiterhin mannlich besetzt - Unter den aktuell 36 Vorstandinnen hat keine einen Posten als Vorsitzende - 25 % der Unternehmen hat immer noch rein mannlich besetzte Aufsichtsratsgremien - Jedes funfte Aufsichtsratsmandat ist Ende 2014 weiblich besetzt - Erst ab dem Jahr 2010 gibt es signifikant mehr Aufsichtsratinnen - Stellvertretende Aufsichtsratsvorsitzende sind zu uber 70% Arbeitnehmervertreterinnen
