Strategie für die Einführung einer Arbeitskammer in Brandenburg: Konzeptions- und Kommunikationsstudie

Abstract

Ziel der Studie ist - Sinn und Notwendigkeit einer Arbeitskammer für ein ostdeutsches Bundesland (Brandenburg) zu begründen, - konzeptionelle Grundzüge dieser neuen Institution zu erörtern, - die Bedingungen und Möglichkeiten des Einbaus dieser neuen Institution in das Institutionensystem des Landes zu prüfen und - Elemente einer Kommunikationsstrategie zu entwickeln, um sie der Brandenburger Öffentlichkeit und den politische Verantwortlichen plausibel zu machen. Zur Fundierung der Überlegungen wird auf Beispiele im Inland (Arbeiternehmerkammer Bremen, Arbeitskammer des Saarlandes) sowie im Ausland (Kammer für Arbeiter und Angestellte in Österreich, insbesondere "Arbeiterkammer" Wien) zurückgegriffen. Die Studie stützt sich auf eine Auswertung der Webseiten dieser Institutionen. Vertieft wurde die Untersuchung durch eine Recherche bei der Arbeiterkammer Wien (mehrere Einzelgespräche, Mitwirkung an einer Delegationsreise von Brandenburger Landtagsabgeordneten und Gewerkschaftern) und der Arbeitskammer des Saarlandes (Gruppendiskussion mit Verantwortlichen).
