Neue Gestaltung des Übergangs in den Ruhestand

Abstract

Nachfolgeregelung zur Altersteilzeit: Der Gesetzgeber baut die Anreize zur Frühpensionierung ab und hebt ab dem Jahr 2012 die Regelaltersgrenze in der gesetzlichen Rentenversicherung stufenweise von 65 auf 67 Jahre an. Angesichts dessen stellt das Gutachten von Prof. Hanau die Frage, wie durch angepasste Regelungen auf tariflicher, betrieblicher und individualvertraglicher Ebene eine Fortführung der Altersteilzeit in den Betrieben ermöglicht wird. Das komplementäre Gutachten von Prof. Rolfs zeigt dem Gesetzgeber verschiedene Wege auf, wie ein gleitender Übergang in den Ruhestand zukünftig gestaltet werden kann.
