Abstract

Zehn betriebliche Kurz-Fallstudien machen aktuelle Entwicklungen in der betrieblichen Weiterbildung transparent und geben betrieblichen Akteuren Hinweise auf Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten. Die dargestellten Projekte beziehen sich auf neue Formen arbeitsplatznaher Weiterbildung, betrieblicher Kompetenzentwicklung sowie auf Möglichkeiten der Mobilisierung von Ressourcen für Weiterbildung. Sie zeigen, wie in den Betrieben aktuelle Problemstellungen angegangen und Rahmenbedingungen für Lebenslanges Lernen entwickelt werden können. In allen Fällen waren die betrieblichen Interessenvertretungen bei Zustandekommen und Umsetzung involviert.
