Handlungsleitfaden für ein betriebliches Eingliederungsmanagement

Abstract

Dieser Handlungsleitfaden wurde speziell für betriebliche Interessenvertretungen entwickelt und entstand aus einem Projekt im Rahmen der Initiative: 'Job's ohne Barrieren', gefördert durch das Bundesministerium für Arbeit und Soziales und der Europäischen Union. Gemeinsam wurden mit betrieblichen Interessenvertretungen Strategien für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung eines betrieblichen Eingliederungsmanagements (BEM) erarbeitet und folgende Schwerpunkte behandelt:- Rechtliche Grundlagen zum Betrieblichen Eingliederungsmanagement- Prozessketten im BEM: Lösungs- & Handlungsmöglichkeiten- Beispiele Guter Praxis- Betriebsvereinbarungen zum Betrieblichen EingliederungsmanagementDie erarbeiteten Empfehlungen zur Herangehensweise und Umsetzung des BEM sind in diesem Handlungsleitfaden zusammengefasst worden. Die Informationen und Tipps sowie die 10 Schritte zum Ziel, von der Orientierungsphase (Schritt 1) bis zur Wirksamkeitsprüfung und Abschlussdokumentation (Schritt 10), sollen zur Initiierung des BEM beitragen und mögliche Strategien zur Umsetzung aufzeigen.
