Nutztierwirtschaft zwischen Tierwohl, Unternehmensstrategie und Verbraucherinteresse: Spannungsfeld oder Zukunftschance im Agrarsektor?

Abstract

Das vorliegende Paper thematisiert Tierwohl und Verbraucherverhalten vor dem Hintergrund einer wirtschaftsethischen Reflexion; an Hand von Beispielen aus der Nutztierwirtschaft beziehen sich die Autoren auf aktuelle rechtliche Kontexte. Nach einer Einführung folgen 1. agrarethische Grundlagen, 2. Praxisbeispiele, Kennzeichnungen und Dynamiken zwischen Kunden und Anbietern. Kernpunkt der Betrachtung ist der Zeitraum 2020 bis 2022 (Verbraucher und Unternehmer als Akteure in krisengeprägter Zeit, Gesetzeslage, Hintergründe).
