Abstract

Das vorliegende Paper thematisiert die Rolle der Werkvertragstätigen in der Fleischindustrie aus wirtschaftsethischer Sicht. Auf die Vorstellung mehrerer Handlungsfelder folgen 1. die Analyse regionaler wie überregionaler Parameter, 2. die rechtliche Situation in Verknüpfung mit Politik und Gesellschaft; abschließend werden Überlegungen zur Werkvertragssituation entworfen. Als Ausgangsbasis dient die Reflexion v. a. des Zeitraums Mai bis September 2020 (Gesetzeslage, Beispielunternehmen, Hintergründe).
