Wissenstransfer innerhalb hybrider Teams: Eine Potenzialanalyse

Abstract

[Zielsetzung:] Unternehmen sehen sich bei der Gestaltung eines effizienten Wissenstransfers innerhalb hybrider Teams mit einigen Herausforderungen konfrontiert. Mithilfe eines systematischen Literaturreviews (SLR) nach Durach et al. (2017) wird der aktuelle Forschungsstand aufgezeigt. Anhand dieser theoretischen Basis werden anschließend Hypothesen dazu herausgearbeitet, welche möglichen Faktoren den Wissenstransfer innerhalb von hybriden Teams direkt oder indirekt beeinflussen könnten. Diese Hypothesen werden im Nachgang empirisch überprüft. Hierfür bedient sich die vorliegende Arbeit aus dem Repertoire der quantitativen Forschung. Mittels einer Befragung unter Mitarbeitenden aus hybriden Teams soll herausgefunden werden, welche der potenziellen Einflüsse Auswirkungen auf den Wissenstransfer haben. Die hierdurch aufgezeigten Faktoren sollen Unternehmen die Chance geben, diese Kriterien intern zu prüfen und damit ungenutzte Potenziale voll auszuschöpfen und freizusetzen. Im Nachgang werden die relevanten Erfolgskriterien hierfür noch einmal diskutiert. Die vorliegende Arbeit hat daher zum Ziel, folgende Forschungsfrage zu beantworten: "Welche Faktoren beeinflussen den Wissenstransfer innerhalb von hybriden Teams und wie wirken sich diese Faktoren genau aus?
