Techniktrends in der Produktionsmodernisierung: Rechnerintegration auf leisen Sohlen

Abstract

Die Ergebnisse zur Umfrage 'Innovationen in der Produktion 1997' des Fraunhofer-Inst. f. Systemtechnik u. Innovationsforschung, Karlsruhe, werden dargestellt. Grundlage ist eine Erhebung bei 1329 Investitionsgüterbetrieben. Folgende Problemkomplexe werden näher untersucht: der Stellenwert der Technik in der Produktionsmodernisierung (Ergebnis: 42 Proz. der Betriebe stufen die organisatorischen Maßnahmen, 30 Proz. die Investitionen in technische Lösungen und 29 Proz. in personelle Maßnahmen als wichtiges Handlungsfeld ein); Technikeinsatz und -planungen in der Investitionsgüterindustrie (CAD, CNC sowie Materialwirtschaftsmodule von PPS sind am weitesten verbreitet; Teleservice oder Internet setzen neue Akzente); Verbreitungsdynamik und Einsatzpotentiale ausgewählter Techniklinien (u. a. nutzen 17 Proz. automatisierte Montagesysteme, 22 Proz. Werkstattsteuerungssysteme, 20 Proz. die Trockenbearbeitung); Beurteilung des Technikangebots durch die Betriebe (12 Proz. der Betriebesehen ein unzureichendes Technikangebot als Grund für den Nicht-Einsatz).
