Abstract

Der Bedarf an Weiterbildung wird in den kommenden Jahren weiter steigen. In einem sich weiter beschleunigenden Wirtschaftsumfeld wird sie auch regelmäßiger bzw. kontinuierlicher stattfinden müssen und es dürften häufiger grundlegendere "berufliche Neuorientierungen" erforderlich werden. Zudem haben 6,5 Mio. Erwerbstätige keine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung. [...]
