Abstract

Leadership und Digitalisierung oder Digital Leadership kann auf zwei Arten verstanden werden. Einmal eine durch die Verwendung von Technologien erzeugte verbesserte Wettbewerbsposition (Unternehmensführung) oder zum anderen als Steuerung von Unternehmen (Prozessen und Mitarbeitern) durch Werte, Führungsstile und Managementmethoden. Im folgenden Artikel wird vom Zweiten ausgegangen. Es wird gezeigt, dass bei der Steuerung von organisierten Systemen der Einsatz von digitalen Systemen unter Verwendung von Künstlicher Intelligenz eine immer bedeutendere Rolle spielt. Unter organisierten Systemen werden in dieser Arbeit nicht nur privatwirtschaftliche Unternehmen gefasst, sondern auch Institutionen aus dem Bereich des Non-Profit-Management und des Public Management.
