Abstract

Die Vorstudie beleuchtet erstmals die Einstellung der Generation Z entlang der acht wesentlichen personalpolitischen Handlungsfelder: Arbeitszeit, Arbeitsorganisation, Arbeitsort, Information und Kommunikation, Führung, Personalentwicklung, finanzielle Leistungen sowie Serviceleistungen. Diese Handlungsfelder bilden auch den Rahmen für das von der berufundfamilie angebotene audit berufundfamilie und audit familiengerechte hochschule. In dem vorliegenden WhitePaper werden ausgewählte Ergebnisse der Vorstudie "Generation Z und deren Erwartungen an die zukünftige Arbeitswelt" skizziert.
