Abstract

Organisatorische Resilienz ist ein integratives Konzept aus strukturellen, kulturellen und führungsbezogenen Faktoren, das in Familienunternehmen aufgrund ihrer werteorientierten Ausrichtung besondere Stärken aufweist. Sowohl resilienzfördernde Unternehmenskulturen als auch wertebasierte Führung erhöhen die Anpassungsfähigkeit von Organisationen und wirken positiv auf die externe Wahrnehmung, messbar etwa über den QScore. Das PwC-Resilienzmodell bietet hierfür einen praxisorientierten Rahmen, der normative Standards mit reifegradbasierten Entwicklungsprozessen verbindet und Resilienz als strategische Kernkompetenz verankert.
